Hightide Boardshort 2N1: Balsam Gray

The built-in Pro Agua X liner is what sold me — no more chafing from regular mesh, and it dries fast enough that I wore them straight from the beach to lunch. Four-way stretch moves well too, though I sized up just to be safe.

Wore these for a full day of surfing and they were dry by the time I walked back to the car. The built-in liner actually stays put instead of bunching up like my old shorts did.

The liner is so breathable that I forgot I was wearing a 2-in-1, and the four-way stretch lets me do full squats on the beach without any binding. Dried off completely within fifteen minutes of sitting in the sun, which is exactly what I needed for a day hopping between surf spots.
